2023 Letters From Home 50-States Tour!
THE DOCUMENTARY
From January to May of 2023, performance duo Letters From Home engaged in a nationwide tour with the goal of performing one show in every one of the Fifty United States. Filmmaker Jack Walterman traveled with the crew to chronicle the tour, and a documentary is currently in post-production under the direction of Dan Beckmann.
With this tour, Letters From Home was able to reach thousands of new people, and our hope for this documentary is that it might help us reach tens of thousands more. The film aims to highlight the effect that Letters From Home has on the people who find themselves in their audiences, as well as inspire viewers with a message of legacy and a call to action to make the world a better place with a simple message – the ripples we make today can shape the waters of tomorrow.

THE BOOK
Dan Beckmann is not only 1/2 of the performance duo onstage with Letters From Home, but he's also an award-winning photographer! While on the tour, he took one photograph in each of the United States, and has put them together in a beautiful book called America The Beautiful.
